Ridge IT is seeking to hire for a Sales Representative position that divides their time between sales (90-95%) and sales team development (5-10%). The ideal candidate will be an experienced hunter in selling technology, software or SaaS to an existing book of 250+ legal, professional services firms or cloud technology heavy industry.

Someone who is:

  • proven track record obtaining goals and quota
  • well versed in developing relationships and taking a consultative approach to selling
  • looking for a long-term home and growth inside a company
  • an attitude of “if the company wins, I win”

The Position:

Sales: 90-95%

You would be hunting for new business by using your existing book of clients and contacts while growing your network in order to offer Ridge IT Corporation’s SaaS offerings and implementation services to clients predominantly on the east coast. You will be responsible for managing the relationship and cross selling our other solutions that complement each other while ensuring yearly renewal of licenses and services.

Corporate Focus: 5-10%

You would be working with management to improve the sales process and identity areas of opportunity or improvement. You would assist in all areas of business that an sales team leader would normally be expected to contribute.

  • Legal or other professional service (Engineering, Accounting, Etc)
  • Multiple Presidents Club winner

Location:

  • Tampa | St Petersburg | Clearwater area, Florida
  • Ideal: Clearwater, FL (HQ)

Territory:

  • Concentration East Coast, major cities throughout USA,
  • Ideal: Book of business concentrated between Virginia to New York

Compensation:

  • Total Compensation $220,000 – $300,000+
  • Commission: Uncapped and steady residual commission each year through client renewals
  • Bonuses
